1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Plan Not Downloaded: If you have not yet downloaded the home plan, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Incorrect Plan Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, we will offer an exchange for the correct one.
Errors or Issues: If there is a technical issue or error with the plan you received, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and any relevant details about the issue.
Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a return or exchange. We will provide instructions for the next steps.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved:
For Returns: If you meet the criteria for a refund, we will process your request and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds are only available if you have not downloaded the plan.
For Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will provide a replacement plan of your choice. You will receive instructions on how to access the new plan.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Downloaded Plans: Once you have downloaded the plan, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Customized Plans: Customized or personalized plans are non-refundable once the customization process has begun.
